Specifications

  1. The Hobbywing Skywalker 30A V2 is a lightweight air-grade brushless electronic speed controller mainly designed for fixed-wing airplanes, gliders, small VTOL and multirotor UAV projects. It offers 30A continuous current and 50A short-time burst current, supporting 3-4S LiPo battery input. Built-in switch-mode BEC outputs stable 5V@5A power for servos and onboard auxiliary equipment, removing the need for extra BEC module for small-size model builds. Weighing only 33g with compact 60x25x8mm dimension, it saves frame space for lightweight aircraft layout.
  2. Powered by high-speed 32-bit MCU running at 96MHz, it brings excellent compatibility for various brushless motors. Adopting DEO driving-efficiency-optimization technology, it delivers linear and rapid throttle response, improves overall driving efficiency and reduces heat generation during long-time flight, lowering risk of over-heating under practical working loads
  3. It supports multiple programmable brake modes including normal brake, linear reverse brake and brake-off mode. Reverse brake function effectively shortens landing sliding distance for fixed-wing aircraft. Unique search mode triggers motor beep alarms to help users locate lost aircraft in complex field environments. Independent programming port connects with Hobbywing LED program box for quick parameter adjustment and firmware upgrade
  4. Rich multi-level safety protections cover start-up protection, over-temperature, over-current, overload, abnormal input voltage and throttle signal-loss failsafe protection. These safety mechanisms effectively prevent burnout and extend service life for daily heavy-duty use. Standard signal input works perfectly with Pixhawk series flight controllers and mainstream RC receivers for educational maker projects and small drone debugging.
  5. It is widely applied for RC fixed-wing practice, small-scale inspection UAV, student maker projects and outdoor sport flying missions for RC hobbyists and drone-building enthusiasts.
